i was just wondering, i remember a few years back, his nephews go to my school and i was over at their house on mothers day and he was their, and i just noticed how many he averaged some years but in houston he only averaged 10 topps, but he averaged 16 somewhere else, not bad for a kid from a 1A school

Yup. Played for Baylor in college. I believe he played for us 2 or 3 season and also played for the Lakers and GS Warriors.

Had a very odd looking jumper (kinda cocked to one side with outstreched arms). I believe he wore #20 for us.

Not a bad role player throught his career. If I recall, averaged around 10 pts for his career and retired around 93 or 94.

Still leaves here in Houston last I heard.

The thing I remember most about Teagle was that I wish we(Rockets) would have taken Ricky Pierce instead. Both played in the SWC, Teagle at Baylor, Pierce at Rice. Both went in the mid-low first round. Teagle was the better athlete, Pierce the better shooter. Teagle had a decent career, Pierce much, much better. Had quite a few seasons in the high teens scoring wise(avg.). Can't remember if he ever topped 20 or not.

Too bad Rudy wasn't making the draft decisions back then(ie....take the slower, shooter type over the athlete).

I remember him being on the 92-93 season where we lost to Seattle during the playoffs. He was brought in late in the season for Playoff expierence (ala Eddie Johnson/Sedale Threatt in '96). I even remembered that he had a fight with Dave Jamerson I believe and wondered how he would react when he joined the team while Jamerson was still on the team.

Excellent work tikwanleap. I couldn't have been bothered to look up all of the threads he's littered today. Maybe somebody hit a nerve with him in another thread. You do have to keep in mind that this is the guy who thinks that Walt and Langhi are playing MUCH better since leaving Houston.

    Are you that dense?

    One one hand you claim

"As long as I can keep reading, Ill be happy"

Then you go on to say

"Im just bored reading your guys' non stop garbage"

And if its non stop garbage, then the question beckons....why are you reading it?

Or better yet, why post on it. If it frustrates you, then dont even click the post.

    Isnt that hard there buddy.

    Carry on

When I wrote "As long as i keep reading ill be happy" I menat important Rockets news not if girls find Yao Ming sexy, or if you guys saw a rockets player on your way to the store, or if rudy has a wig, or if mobley and francis are gay, or if DreamShake is a homosexual, or if Eddie Griffin drives a stick shift, or we can trade for Jordan, or if Drexler can come back, or if DreamShake should stop posting, none of that.

so please for my sake, if you ever do a favor for a stranger let it be to stop posting.
