NO pics, but I saw Cato at Hooters on Mangum and 290

    As me and a friend pulled into the parking lot around 4 p.m., I noticed a colorful Lincoln Navigator (the kind with the custom paint job that changes colors according to the sunlight). It didn't dawn on me until after I ordered and a couple of waitresses came over with t-shirts autographed by Cato. I asked how did they get those t-shirts, and they said from Kelvin Cato. They said he's sitting at the table in the corner. So I look over and it was him. I was surprised to see him in a hooters eating those greasy wings (that's my job), and more so, why didn't he go to the one on Kirby and 59 where there's better looking chicks. Well what was funny was that really no one even acknowledged him and gave him superstar treatment beside the waitress. She said she didn't even know him, all she knew was that he played for the Rockets. But at the same time I looked at the big screen and p.t.i. was on and they were discussing Yao Ming. They had some guys sitting behind me that were loud mouths and they were shouting out loud "Yao Ming Rules". They were making all kinds of comments (subliminal messages for Cato to hear) and I think they struck a nerve because shortly after he got up and left. Sorry I don't have any pics because I don't walk around with a camera but I just wasn't expecting to see Cato at Hooters watching his diet.

    Thats an example of someone famous that has to hold there temper. Its no diffrent then someone that is not famous, that has to hold there temper. But when your famous you get ridiculed even more.

    I think what Kato should have said to them was hey Ming might be better then me, but im pretty damn good though, and im making millions doing just that.;)

    we hollered at The dream once,(we sed shaq was better) i think thats y he left us. sob. sob.

    but the next time we saw him we all were shouting for him to stay ONE MORE year!!!!!!!!!

    I'm pretty sure Cato is used to getting dogged on by the Houston fans the last few years. Espcecially now that we have Ming, I think a lot of weight has been lifted off of Cato, which is great.

    He is playing better this year too, and he will be crucial part to our success so people... this Cato some love because he has been working on his game.

    I was all alone with Robert Horry one time near the elevators (VVS1 Building in Richmond).. He looked intimidating so I didn't say hi... LOL:p

    well my brothers friends sister went out with kenny thomas and they had hook ups to go to some games and also the same sister went out with jose lima(astros former pitcher) and yeah he said they were at a restuarant and that he saw francis,moochie, and cato there and that francis was playing around and putting stuff in moochies fro and this happened like a year ago. oh and like a year or 2 ago i saw steve francis at versace in the galleria
