Haha yeah, for sure. I never said they aren't worse, but really for years Scola flopped ALL the time. If he missed a rebound he would flop.
Man, but I can't find videos of Scola punching himself in the face and bodyslamming himself afterwards. HAHA Scola flopping = "I fell down" Blake Griffin flopping = "Fight club" if you haven't seen the movie, you won't understand.
After seeing thins now I finally agree that Blake is the best PF in the league. no other PF could do that!!! period.
Flops should be considered technical fouls, both during the course of a game and afterwards, in review, by the league. After a certain amount of techs/flops, offending players should pay a large fine. Nobody wants to watch this- bad for everyone, including the league's pockets.
This reminds me of the game against the Spurs in OT when Duncan was wide open and went up for the shot and lost the ball, and Patrick Patterson was called for the foul. Standing a good 5 feet away. Damn floppers.
I wouldn't call taking a charge or selling a foul flopping. The infraction is there, it's just good anticipation, and making sure the ref sees it to. What Blake did was disgusting.
