I know someone who lives there and I've spent a lot of time at their place. I'd say it's decent for the price, and I don't recall too much complaining about the management or anything like that. The one negative I know of from experience is that the parking is horrendous at night, especially on weekends. They're certainly not luxury apartments, but the location is great if you're the type that likes to get out and about since it's directly off Washington and walking distance to Memorial Park.
