    I originally thought it would say "Eat at Taco Cabana", until someone informed me Rudy hasn't done those commercials in a couple of years.

    My guess: "Never underestimate the heart of a champion"
    or maybe: "KAPAYAAAA!"

    You can hear what it says by clicking the link below the skyscrapper ad of it on the ROCKETS.com site. It is a minutes worth of famous Rudy speak from the championship days....never underestate the heart of a champion etc etc.
