Personalities sell papers, this country is all about stories of 'people'. People find people compelling. The story of faith and will over physical and mental skills in inspiring, it gives hope to the average man on the street.

If Cam Newton had Denver's defense he might be the golden boy.

Won't care in the least bit. Let them focus on the other teams way more. If we keep winning, that's all I care about.

That's because haven't done squat yet if you look at the big picture. The media attention will come when we make it to the superbowl and win it.

Why do we let the attention w**** side get the best of some of you people? Stay humble stay hungry..so what on what everyone thinks. It doesn't mean a thing. Just one win in the wild card at home and people are celebrating exactly like when the astros were just happy to get to the world series several years ago. It's the same feel anwyays hopefully the players don't feel that way or else we'd be raped in Baltimore like the astros were swept against the white sox.

It's refreshing to see so many in this thread not caring.

I've never understood Houstonians obsession with how much national attention our teams get. Who cares?

I don't know how the Texans are a Cinderella story. They have underachieved for the last few seasons and finally playing up to the talent on the team.

When you're playing and winning with a rookie 3rd-string QB and without franchise players, yes, you are Cinderella.

I'm pretty sure the if the Broncos had won, any further coverage of the AFC playoffs would have been preempted in favor of All Tebow All the Time programming until next weekend.

I'm Tebowing right now in thanks that this won't be the case.
