I don't think Yao would care what you guy think of him. Only woman's opinion count here. After all, a straight guy only care of what the woman think if he is cute or not. Also, beauty is to the beholder of the eye. And the only eyes that count are those female fans. But the true beauty is in a person's heart. And it seems that Yao does possess this inner beauty. How many guy do you see would give almost all of his money to his parents. He is also seems to be a loyal person. As with all this hype that surrounded him, he didn't forget his girlfriend in China (as evidence by him wearing her bracelet). A person's character and how he handle himself made him more attractive to the opposite sex.
