Microsoft Patents "Avoid Ghetto" GPS Feature

My MS GPS identified my driving profile as "Asian" and redirects me 100 feet away from animal shelters.

 

lol this feature is geared towards a certain segment

 

so I won't be able to go to UH anymore?

I use my phone's gps for walking

 

I don't know the last time I set off to walk somewhere where I didn't already know the route and the lay of the land. I suppose when I was a tourist in another country.

lol.. don't use Microsoft's GPS feature... otherwise you won't be able to find your way back home.
