He does have a lot of length. Reminds me Russell Westbrook in that sense.

Rose scored only 6 (from 17) points when rubio was on court. Rubio sits during 4th, rose scores 4 in 1 minute. Yep, rubio would suck on D against top most athletic PG's.

Rose is the best player during crunch time.

Rubio stats after his first ten NBA games: 10.2 points + 7.9 assists + 3.9 rebounds + 1.6 steals on 46-47-69 shooting

Still has a lot room to improve even in his rookie season

    - cutting TO's
    - shooting better from FT
    - dishing to an arguably better teammates as a starting point guard

It's not anywhere near what the guys expected of him at 3-2-3-1 with worse shooting number than Jason Kidd had in his rookie year:grin:

Rubio may be a great passer, but its no use when guys can't hit shots down the stretch. I'd like to see Rubio shoot more at the end of games.

With the heat OHMSS would have caught on this thread alone, I think Clutch did him a favor by banning him.

Yeah, I was looking forward to cramming it down his eyeballs. I guarantee you he's still in denial.

Minnesota is looking better and better. They're still falling apart when Rubio is out and still shrinking like little violets at the end of games. But Adelman is eventually gonna come up with the right guys with sack to close out games hitting the shots that Rubio serves up for them. And then look out.

Teams are going to start daring Rubio to shoot.

The crowd loves Rubio - they were clearly antsy when he took a short rest in the fourth quarter, and they go nuts whenever he's introduced. They do. And I do too.
The problem is that the Wolves have two great players in Rubio and Love.... and everyone else is either **** (Wes Johnson) or doesn't fit that well with them ( D-Will, Barea). They need a wing, and they need a legit center ( Darko would be fine if it wasn't for the fact that mentally he's weaker than T-Mac)

    I like when

    Ricky Rubio
    Derrick Williams
    Kevin Love
    Anthony Randolph

    are on the court together...

They need to give the rock to Derrick Williams to close games...
