Taylor, Thomas, and Griffin all believe they have great jumpshots outside 17 feet. On occassion you will see KT drive to the rim, or Mot post up, but 85% of the time they rely on their jumpers. I'm not saying trade anyone (maybe Kenny) but they have to learn how to drive to the rim with authority. They have all adopted the Chris Webber style of basketball..just taking jumpshots no matter the situation.

Eddie Griffin takes way too many 3's, it doesn't matter how young he is.. Amarie Stoudamire bangs like he's fearless, and he's younger than EG. I still believe he will be an all-star one year, but not until he uses his size and learns some post moves.

and KT I beleive will be gone before all-star break.

Hell, at this point I'd trade Kenny Thomas for a six pack of Lonestar.

I think KT took six 20 footers tonight, and missed them all. Yet he continues to fire them up like he is reggie Miller.

Yea...your right, Mobley would have hit those shots, Sad to say but the Team really needs him righ now, I think Tito Maddox should be playing ahead of Mooch and KT should sit because he is not the Future of this team, MO and Eddie are, Just my 2 cents.

I swear that Kenny could shoot well in college. Since he has been in the nba he has lost his touch and relies on his first step.

MoT can shoot very well usually... he's just been off and he needs to get his stroke back.

Griffin can't shoot, but thats the only thing he has a chance to do in the offense. He can't post up, he can't drive... what else is there to do but shoot? Stoudemire bangs more then Griffin b/c Stoudemire is stronger than Griffin.

Kt can be a decent shooter sometimes, but yes, he needs to quit taking those jumpers.

I bet you all that Kenny Thomas will be gone before all-star break. while watching a few games i can just see he does not fit in with the Rockets. Rudy always gives him a chance to score in the beginning of the game but he usually chokes. He had a couple of good ames, but he is definitley should not be an offensive option for us.

Our 4s can shoot. Well, two of them can. Mo shot 49% the season before his injury and is at 47% for his career.

KT shot 48% last year and was at 45% the year before.

My guess is, as the season progresses and this team finds its identity, KT and MO's % will come up to where it should be.

With regards to Griffin, he just needs time and perhaps Rudy benching him will allow him to step back, watch and learn. IMO, Eddie has the right idea this year. Hes taken some nice shots in the post, developed a nice move or two (love that bank shot he was shooting early on). With time, EG will come around. Lets not forget hes barely 20 years old and still growing into his body (also dont forget that he put on some muscle and will need time to adjust his shooting touch accordingly).

they have their hot streaks but they shouldn't be taken shots 17-20 feet away from the basket.

I remember two years ago it seemed like Mo was almost automatic from about 18 feet. He's shown signs of that this year, but obviously the rust hasn't shaken off yet. Let's hope it does soon.
