Vandermeer and Lopez still do mornings, they have another local show between 10-2. He's still on with Rich between 2-6. I don't understand all of twitter too, and they changed it up recently like a month ago.
Most irrelevant twitter spat ever. I'd rather read a debate on which brand of tampons are better, something both of these idiots could probably speak to.
In typical Josh Anus fashion, he took time out of their SPORTS talk show to talk about how instead of watching the Cowboys/Giants play-in game he watched the ABC Family channel TV show "Secret Life of An American Teenager" on his COMPUTER (he didn't just stumble upon it while flipping through channels, he went out of his way to find it and stream it probably illegally). He said he plays this game where he watches the show (presumably full of under 18 portrayed characters) and counts how many times they say "sex". The highest he count he ever got to in one episode was 67... Does nobody else try to be a sports radio jockey in Houston? Is it that easy to get in the business and keep work? Smh
Why the **** do you guys constantly subject yourselves to stuff you absolutely hate? For all the claimed "he's emo" good lord read this thread it sounds like a bunch of teenage girls gossiping. *commencing shutdown of defense based solely on sharing the same first name: sequence terminated*
I posted this in the other "I hate 610" thread. I have a friend who works at 610 and I always tell him about everyone here constantly complaining about all the on-air personalities and his response is always something to the effect of "well, they must be listening because our ratings are through the roof and that's all we care about." He also mentions that the J and R show is the #1 rated sports show in the city.
It doesn't help that the afternoon show, Rich and and act like a fat emo b**** lead into the rockets pregame. He shouldn't do live remotes from Toyota center either. He's going to get punched in the face. Remember, clutchfans hates him. That's their new show, Rich and the b****.
That's because on the drive home, the other sports stations are more often talking about UFC, soccer and college sports. If its between that and listening to Texans/Rockets talk on 610, I'll go with 610 regardless of the hosts.
Really? Wow, I've NEVER heard Josh mention anything about their ratings.... I wonder if their ratings have any correlation or the rest of residual effects from having Texans and Rockets coverage. It's like Erik Spoelstra coming out and saying he's the Coach of the Year because the Heat will have a winning record. I've been a 610 loyalist for many years and I like every show they currently have, I even like Rich but definintely not Josh. I'll be listening to the morning show or MAD radio, go do something, then get back in my car several hours later and with the dial already tuned in first thing I will hear is Josh Anus talking about what his New Kids on the Block concert experience was with his male friend.
