Good bet to put 100 on? 16-1 to make it to AFC Championship

Why are you asking us?? Are you going to come back to blame us if you don't win anything? Are you going to share it with us if you win it all?

    :p

How many times has a rookie QB won a Super Bowl? How important is passing in today's NFL compared to years past?

If you have $100 to possibly waste, why not.

You could possibly turn that to $40,000.

If I put 100 on SB and 100 on AFC Championship with a parlay of 50...it could turn into 40,000....so damn tempting...if only Kubes wasn't the coach, he's so unpredictable

We are a favorite to beat Cinci. The Patriots are potentially vulnerable to the Steelers. The real long shot is us beating Baltimore in Baltimore, but it is not like their offense is going to dominate our defense...so we could possibly win a low scoring game. A Steelers/Texans AFC Championship game would be at Reliant, I gotta figure we at least have a punchers chance there.

I think you probably are 75-80 percent likely to lose a bet if you bet on the Texans to make it to the AFC.....It's only two wins for a team that hasn't had a ton to play for in their recent bad performances.

If you can easily afford it I would make the 16-1 Makes the AFC championship game bet. If nothing else, if we beat the Bungles you are going to enjoy a good adrenaline buzz every time the Texans do something halfway decent against the Ravens.

You're saying that KUBIAK is going to be the reason why your parlay wouldn't pan out?? Not only winning one playoff game with a rookie 5th rounder, but going on the road after that and beating not one but TWO of the most elite franchises in NFL history back-to-back would be predictable if Gary Kubiak wasn't our head coach? Seriously??

And, on top of that, Kubiak's system is what has ALLOWED us to plug in Yates at quarterback and still have a fairly decent chance at winning a playoff game, let alone get there.

I wouldn't put the mortgage on it but 16-1 for the AFC championship game is tempting.

If we beat Cincy and build some confidence the Ravens are certainly beatable. It would take a couple of breaks going our way, but our defense is certainly capable of forcing some Flacco turnovers.

There is no way on God's green Earth that Kubiak will have a conservative gameplan on Saturday. It's the PLAYOFFS!

Football outsiders put our SB win odds at 1.4%, and 40-1 is the equivalent of 2.5% chance.

But hey, the odds have never been a sure thing. So if you believe TJ, Kubiak, and Andre are about to re-unleash a 250 ypg passing attack to go with the run and D....go shock the world and make some bricks.
