Minnesota's problem is that I can't think of a team that has worse wings than these guys, and Darko isn't that great.
Love is getting it done. (Why is Ridnour getting more playing time than Barea? Did I miss an injury?)
Is it ridiculous to say I see more in Rubio than I do in Wall? I was very, very skeptical about him but he looks like great game manager for the Wolves.
Hall of fame coach Rick Adelaman has the T-Wolves playing damn good, competitive basketball while managing and developing all these young players and their personalities. I didn't catch the Beasley injury. Can anyone tell me what happened? Edit: He needs to work on his D and turnovers, but I'm impressed with Rubio. Double Edit: Just watched some more highlights and I'm impressed with Love's addition of the 3 pt shot to his game too. T-Wolves are an exciting team to watch. They could easily be undefeated. Also, they've pretty much built their entire team through the draft. The usual Clutchfans' complaints...he sucks, he has attitude problems, he doesn't try hard, etc... Go look at some of my old posts about Randolph and how I wanted him on the Rockets. Houston could have easily had him. Not a big fan of Luke, but he played well tonight.
Wow, the Wolves held Dallas to only 38% shooting and outrebounded them by nearly 20. Its impressive to see this young team winning with defense against the champs. That said, just from looking at the numbers it looks like the offense isn't close to where Adelman wants it to be (not at all surprising). Bottom 10 in assists through 4 games.
