Hate to read on so much bashing on Cuttino, but without the Cat,their would be no Franchise? Cuttino signed with Houston with Francis and they have brought this team to where it is now. Francis probraly wouldn't have stepped up a level this year without each others help. Plus, the off-court charities Cuttino has brought to this community. Cuttino takes stupid shots but he will mature like Francis will in the future. I'm glad we have him. He's a blessing for the team.

Injuries can have upsides, but they're never BLESSINGS. Calling any injury that (even if it was Moochie) is almost cold, let alone the fact that he's our second leading scorer and the only palyer other than Stevie in double figure scoring.

Mob will be the one who really benefits from this period of time-off. He will be able to watch from the sidelines and recollect himself. He has been trying hard lately to become more of a passer. But bad habits are not that easy to corrected overnight. A little patience, just a little.

WOW! The Rockets have looked FAN-f-ing-TASTIC since Mobley has been out. I don't know why I didn't see it all along. Our offense is really clicking and our defense is stellar. I am so sorry I ever doubted all of the geniuses that were trying to show me that Cat is the problem and we are better off without him.

Or maybe they were 0-8 without him last year and horrible without him this year because he is a damn fine player whose negatives vastly outweigh his positives.

You are kidding right? Only a career game from Cato kept us from losing to a Warriors team that was having a bad night even for them.

I can see not too many reasonable people rely on way to short of a time span (1 game against a terrible team in fact) have piped in. (Apologies SM, on a closer reading I see you were being a tad bit sarcastic ;) )

Do ya'll realize w/o Cat we almost lost 3 strait to the dregs of the West. Just the other day we barely mustered 70 points against a 500 team w/o him. Without question we are a much less complete and far less dangerous team w/o him in the starting line-up.

We need some time to get Francis, Ming, & Mobley leading the offense with some consistent production by other role players. Mobley's production and efficiency are not my chief concerns--our much bigger issue is are we going to get steady performances on both ends from any of our forwards. KT, Mo, EG, Rice and even the beloved Hawk--some days are on both sides of the ball, some days play well on only 1 side, and some times don't do anything at all.

Once the team is healthy and a little more blended with consistent front line production if Cat (or Steve for that matter) don't work within the team offense situation for the most part (except when the clock is running down) then we have a problem. But not until then is it a problem worth wasting any more time because it is all speculation.

Your stupid Didnt u see the game against Portland and LA (clips) Man we needed his offence just cus we beat a crappy team like the warriors where we dont even need our 2nd leading scorer doesnt mean its gonna happen against Seattle. Remember bad teams are supposed to make us look good We need Mobely back now more than ever.

I think the Rockets as a whole are struggling badly right now. I think it is unfair to say they are struggling because of Cuttino being out. I think the Clippers game was the confidence breaker for the Rockets, but I am sure they will come out of it. They are a very young team. One more thing, I think Cat will be a much better presence on the court when he comes back. I think he will calm his ways a bit and will look to be more active on the passing end. I see good future for this team, it just will take a while. And oh, one more thing, Someone please fire Rudy!!

he is important for the offense, no doubt. But I hate to say this, the Clippers game broke our backs and our confidence. Someone needs to find it quickly.

Amazing how quick most of the Cat-haters shut up past week or so...

Dont get me wrong, I luv Cuttino, but I think his services would be better used if he came off the bench. I dunno.....I luved The Cat when he came off the bench....he supplied a spark that we really dont have now....In the lineup, Cat just doenst play as well......ya, his numbers will suffer a bit, but he'll still be a great player and a valuable part of this team. Personally if Cat comes off the bench, were one decent starter away from a championship contender....Ron Artest?

It seems to me that many people believe that you either love a player or you hate him. I am sorry you see it that way. I am really disappointed that you cannot find a better phrase to describe it, but it is cool with me!!
