It's obvious why he cares, because he's a rockets fan. Now why they rank us last? Because of the new coach, no superstar, and medocre talent filling our roster. I don't agree with being dead last but i can see why they would put us there. It's very possible we could be a god awful team this year.
Rockets are ranked dead last? Good. i like being the underdog and when we get in the playoffs and pull the rug out from under one of the top seeded teams no one but us will have seen it coming.
