It took you until nearly 2012 to realize Pau isn't who you'd want on the Rockets?

THIS IS THE THING ABOUT PAU GASOL, HE DOESN'T WANT TO BE IN HOUSTON...
SO WHY SHOULD WE GO AFTER SOMEBODY THAT HAS ALREADY SAID THIS...?

    1. He's not expiring.
    2. He might just want to stay in LA more than actually not wanting to be in Houston.

paying 15 million for a guy who gets 15 and 8 sounds like a great idea.

Are you sure it's not 17 to 18 million?

I still don't understand how someone with two NBA titles, three finals appearances and a 18/10/2 playoff career statline lacks heart?

I don't know if he has heart or not...truthfully, I don't really care. But it's certainly possible he's satisfied and no longer all that hungry.

Possible but I'm not going to make that assumption until Bynum gets back and Gasol gets back to being a PF.

On the heart issue...in game 6 of the 2010 finals the guy put up 17/13/9 and game 7...19/18/4.

How much more clutch do you want?

What are you fixing? We would have had Nene.

I'd refer to his Memphis days with 0 playoff wins......
so he played very well when he'd given the chance to be the second fiddle. He failed to be the leader. Simple as that.

Every national expert had Nene in Houston if the Gasol deal had gone through. Even an hour before the trade drama began, Aldridge tweeted the Rockets were trying to seal the deal with Nene.

Make no mistake...Gasol and Nene were going to be our starting frontcourt.
