    He didn't play that badly tonight, heck TWill stunk out there on D too....it was a total D-fenseless night.

    Turkey Glue, Roberts and Reddick are still standing alone at the 3pt line.

    Martin doesn't try on defense, that's the problem with him,
    he accepts he's bad at it, kind of like Abdul-Rauf back in the day.
    Though he would try to get some steals in, this effor tonight
    was Tracy McGrady like.

    McHale better rip him a new one
    and Martin better quit whining, it was embarrassing as
    the Magic commentators said he should be professional
    and cannot stay mad about the trade.

    Budinger is just slow and also shows no hustle.

    Eventually Lee will take over Martin / Budinger's spot.

    Martin needs to go. That was a joke of a performance. This is not the way to start a season for a vet like him.

    Start T-Will and bench Bud. You will see a drastic improvement in the defense.

    So, like Martin is the worst defender in the league and Chase is like the 4th worst defender in the league?????

    They're both horrible on defense, absolutely horrible.

    I disagree somewhat. He's bad but he does use his length to recover and cause the opponent ot have to shoot over once in a while. He's bad but not as bad as those two.

    I disagree it's impossible to be worst on defense then C bud or K mart. By virtue of them both being so bad on D, I'm going to call it a tie.

    Turkoglu 11-14 on c bud

    j rich 5-8
    JJ reddick 8-12 on kmart

    They are both horrible on D. Neither should be starting if that continues and one (perhaps both) need to go for draft picks. The only way Martin can be allowed on the floor is if he is scoring 24 + points in an efficient manner.

    Dwight had a pretty tame night actually by his standards. For the most part we kept him in check on the glass.

    Nevertheless, the performances by Big Baby, Turkoglu, and Redick were unacceptable. I saw a lot of moving picks today by the Magic to get the perimeter players open looks, but even that is not enough of an excuse. Our 2-3-4 starters are among the worst in the league at defense, individual and team. You just don't win that way.

    I watched them all last year dude. This is a continuation of last season with both of them in the game, except they were even worse tonight defensively. Do you really think +7 means anything? I sure hope not. You know basketball better than that. The only thing that happened was Chase was on the floor with 4 other guys when we made a run. Look at the run and look at who was on the floor when the run occurred. Then think about going through this season with both him and KMart manning the wings for us. If you are rooting for the lottery (as you are), you should be happy. Because we are going with those two as our starting wings. Neither one of them can defend even a little bit.
