    Ummm... plenty of applications.

    -seeding potential lost
-psychological impact on QB whose confidence is among the keys to any success we might have
-Kubiak apparently making strategic decisions that didn't work... 1 flukey 3rd down conversion that could have just as easily been a pick against a 1-win team? That is almost incomprehensible and is a huge red flag.
-not sure that the lack of Briesel's presence justifies that performance by the o-line

There has to be huge concern. We were playing for something important. An extra week of rest for injured/banged-up players, home field, more time for the coaches to work with Yates, for Wade to recover, etc...

Is is just me or did I just watch, the Texans not blitz one time in that last drive until Indy was near the goal line? How did the Colts travel 78 yards with 1:22 and no timeouts? Not one blitz. A sack forces them to ground the ball, now it's 3rd dn and guess what, the blitz should come again! Ball game. I know Wade wasn't there but Stevie Wonder could see that decent pressure was being applied with 4 rushers. What could possibly happen with 5 not to mention 6? Im really really sick of this same old story from the Texans but when they line up next week I'll be right there again cheering. I guess I'm a pain freak!

Silver Lining to this hose job by the NFL = Colts NOT getting Luck?!?!?!

Might actually be worth it to lose this game if they don't get him.....

Alright, guess the Ravens, Steelers, Packers should just go ahead and forfeit their playoff games since they lost last week. Obviously it would have been much more encouraging to win these last two games, but I'm just having a hard time getting too upset about losses to non-playoff teams. The wins against ATL & CIN are the better indicators to me, of our playoff potential since that's the level of team we'll be facing. By (hehe) the way, I believe the majority of SB's are won by teams that did not have a bye, so that's not all it's cracked up to be.

When you run on 3rd and 5 and settle for a FG....that still allows a TD to beat you....instead of trying to pass and run more clock or seal the game with a TD....then you aren't playing to win. That is all....

I agree with not passing enough and burning the clock, but I think that FG was the right call. You don't want to turn the ball over on 4th and 2 and have the Colts kick a FG to win the game. That would be REALLY embarrassing.

What mythical unicorn was he supposed to go deep to? Or did you seriously think Jacoby was beating his man for the first time in his career?

Yates hit guys at 75% and had good ypc. He hit guys downfield when they were there. Not his fault Kubiak was determined to go with a 70-30 playcalling ratio. Or his fault that Winston was getting abused by Mathis. Or that a healthy AJ was held out and a hapless Jones started in his place.

Kubiak killed us tonight. His approach, his playcalling, he was gutless and tried to win the game by playing out the clock starting with 14:06 to go in the first quarter.

With everything to gain and nothing to lose, he's choking this team and has already killed all the momentum they had built. Way to send us into the postseason stone cold.

Just got done watching the game on DVR. Never deleted something so fast in my life.

Kubiak had no guts on our final drive. You absolutely throw in that situation and give your team a damn chance to keep the clock moving. Not another run that they are basically expecting.

Finally. @(#$(*&#@($*&( Kareem Jackson. I want to pay to have his jersey made and sent to me so I can urinate on it, then light in on fire and watch it burn. Unbelievable!

A second @(#*$&( is in order to the refs. That was by far one of the worst called games in a long time. Those roughing the passer calls were just beyond pathetic.

    That is all.

    LOL.

Just look at the last drive. Minus the horrible calls....

We have Kareem Jackson on Wayne for the ENTIRE drive....

Guess who makes the big catch to get them into the RZ? Then guess who gets the game winning TD?

    Whose idea was that lol?

We need to look at the bright side of the situation. If we had lost the Atl and Cinci game we would be fighting just for a playoff spot. We still have time to regroup and make a run in the playoffs. Just my opinion but I would like to see the backups ,especially Jake get a few snaps in the Tenn game.

Like I said, playing not to lose (the bolded part). Your line of thinking on 3rd and 5 shouldn't be "oh no, I don't want to turn the ball over so let me kick this FG". Your line of thinking if you are playing to win should be let me get this first down and either kill more clock or score and put the game out of reach. I'm not saying that cost us the game but I hate that about Kubiak's coaching.

The sad truth is. Where are you going to put Jackson? You put him on Garcon, he will get beat. Put him in the slot against Collie, gets beat.

It's a lose lose situation no matter how you look at it. You can put Kareem Jackson against a corpse and I am sure he will be called for pass interference or get beat long somehow.

Whoever we put him on they are going to target that receiver. Every week it's been the same thing. You know in the playoffs they will attacking that weakness even more.

Was Allen playing the slot on that drive? I know Garcon's been the bigger play receiver this year but on the GL having KJ on Wayne was a bad call. You know Wayne's not going to flub an easy catch if he wins one on one, while Garcon is known for poor hands.

Come back, Wade. We need you.

The real Kubiak rears his ugly head. Doofus with his playcard in hand, looking like the C- football player high-school student trying to read a report he paid George McFly to write for him: "Duuuhhhh...."

Yates was allowed to throw, what? 15 times the WHOLE F'ING GAME?

Kareem Jackson should be cut tomorrow, better yet Kubiak should announce his release in the post game presser.

I haven't cursed at the refs like that in years....if I was Kubes I would have gotten tossed.
