The Knicks trailed the whole game, right up until the last 28 seconds. Then, Tracy McGrady, who played a pretty good game up to that point made a couple of boneheaded plays. First, he inbounds the ball to Darrel Armstrong, and then just stays there standing out of bounds like a lost sheep!? Armstrong tries to pass it back to him and it leads to a NY turnover. This Tracy fellow is a decent player, but he still has a lot to learn. ------------------ My dream job is to be a Houston Rockets towel boy.
I think McGrady played very well, but should keep his concentration on the defensive end as well. No doubt he is capable, but he seems to go through lapses where he's not paying attention. Also, I think it was Armstrong's fault for passing it more than anything else. McGrady wasn't exactly wide open and the Knicks were looking to foul. Plus, Armstrong is money from the FT line at %93.5. ------------------ Nederland 2002 Rocketman95 on board. Check out his latest game recaps.
Darrel felt it was his fault too he looked REALLY broken up after that game BUt honestly. I've always been told that you should come *TO* the pass. McGrady left Darrel out to dry. Darrel was by himself, trapped by taller men. This is like receivers not coming back to the QB after he flushed from the pocket NOT good. McGrady threw the ball in and STOOD out of bounds. He was too busy trying to get both feet in and catch the ball to try and come to the ball. Armstong should not have thrown it McGrady should have come to the ball Rocket River ------------------
