He can be if he is given time. I honestly believe that is better than Lee. Thoughts......

Pfft. I would at least like to see how he handles things on the court this season before agreeing to this. I still have the feeling Bud will start over him anyways. But whatever, we'll see. Though, I think Kyle, well, perhaps it's more likely for him to become an all-star insted of T-Will.

T-Will is a smart basketball player, but just extremely immature and erratic. He's easily one of the better passers on our team.

T-Will has all the components to be a very good NBA player

Thabeet, I don't know enough about him to question his passion but he certainly always looks lost..

Bud most likely will start over him. He has proven he can handle it at least adequately. There is no reason twill can't take that spot from him though. It's not like chase himself is an all star. If twill can just prove himself defensively and be a positive impact on offense ( not necessarily putting up 20 points a game but playing within the offense kind of like Courtney ) he should without a doubt challenge bud. He has all the tools and talent to make it happen, just needs a chance and needs to put it all together.

i would love to see that. he certainly has the talent, but his fundamentals are so so far away. maybe he's worked hard to improve his game since last season. I will be evaluating him with an open mind.

This is a great year for T-Will to show what he can do. He has the POTENTIAL to be a star, but he has to be coachable and willing to put in the hard-work to be successful.

In the little I've seen T-Will play, his game reminds me of the Raptor's version of McGrady - raw talent, inconsistent shooter, but lots of athleticism, great court vision, and great passer.

The guy averaged 28ppg, 10.7apg, and 10.7rpg in the D-League. Even tho it's the D-League, those kind of stats are hard difficult to accomplish anywhere!

Can he reach all-star status? Hard to say...but if he puts in the hard-work like the superstars of this league, there's no reason why he can't an All-star.

Cant wait to see the guy get some PT tomorrow night!

The D league is so weak, Mike Harris was a STUD in the Dleague and barely an NBA player in the big league.

TWill's problem is still the same, you don't have to honor his jump shot....until you do, he will be hit and miss as an NBA player.

You have to be able to shoot, or get to the rim at will, right now, he has not shown a consistency at either.

Right.. i'm just saying putting up triple-doubles in 3 straight games is pretty difficult to do in ANY league.

As far as shooting abilities - only time in real games will tell if he's improved. You cant base his improvements on 3-pt shooting contests.

The superstars of the league got consistent playing since day 1 which helped them grow into the players are they today. Unfortunately, T-Will hasn't shown that he has the maturity to play in this league consistently.

He'll have to work harder to show that he's mentally and physically prepared for the NBA grind.

I hope so, I would love it if all 4 of our 09ers break out.

I try not to go overboard about it, but it's hard not to get excited about his potential. He really has everything has you could want except a solid jumper. I'm extremely hesitant to compare him in any way to other star players but he could develop a game similar to tmacs ( if you look at their first years, the stats are somewhat comparable except Tracy was better defensively and a considerably better shooter ).

That's the bad thing though, players like that have to dominate the ball and you really can't justify having him do that. Not yet. Takes the ball away from Lowry, Kmart and scola who are all better options at this point.

T-will Allstar?? Seriously the lockout has had areal impact in some of you...
The only allstar game he might play is the D-League´s.

He reminds me so much if Iggy! So, ya he could make an all-star probably, but he won't be a superstar

He has more physical talents. Lee is just a better basketball player right now cause he knows his role and isn't spastic.

Mike Harris was just too undersized and never gotten the chance to play major minutes. He was no Chuck on defense.
