i'm gona say 3-7 we usually own atlanta and memphis , charlotte would be a freebie but look at the next 15 games all winnable games!!

We who? Hard to compare what the Rockets did before to what may happen this year since the team and coaching staff is very different.

The Spurs are old. Really old. Lowry will shut down Parker and Lee will hold Gino.

Timmy? He's so slow now and his patented "swing your arm into the defender while shooting" are not considered shooting fouls. I think they will be rusty and we will run all over them.

5-5 or 6-4.

Lakers are drama queens and slow starters in the season so I definitely believe we can catch them by surprise. Clippers could be scary and I don't know how that game is gonna be, it'll depend on our bigs ability to handle the PNR. San Antonio is obviously very good but I can see a split. Charlotte isn't an awful team but we should be able to take it. Same with Atlanta. Memphis and OKC is iffy and not sure how those can go, but I'd give OKC the edge easily and Memphis potentially as well.

Of course a lot rests with our team's effort. We've been known for hustle and if we can maintain that level of intensity I think we can pull off 6-4.

 

Sadly, we would have won probably 8 of 10 with the Chuckwagon. I hate 2011.

Hopefully other teams are just as rusty as we are. I see us winning no more than 3 games, Spurs, Charlotte and Atlanta.

 

F all this. Just be glad that basketball is back. Yes, David Stern can care less about the Rockets and Mchale is going to be the coach for a yr and half at the most. But we have basketball....after the first 10 games we can have 11 losses and ill just be happy that i can watch the Rockets for better and most likely worse.

 

At the moment, I'm just being a blind, optimistic rocket fan and will say 6-4 to begin the season. lol

Early season Spurs are the worse time to catch them because they won't be feeling the fatigue yet. Loss.
