1984 NFL season teams were throwing the ball all over the place. people greatly exaggerate these "rules changes". It's all part of the BSPN nonsense hype machine. Don't fall for it.

Wow, you have not watched much NFL over the years. The fact that teams used to run the ball all the time has no bearing on this at all right?

It's a shame Favre pissed away his legacy......he was pretty enjoyable to watch in his prime............and sometimes even after. There's 261 cities in the US that are bigger than Green Bay.........amazing what a football legacy that city has.

"Godgers" sure looked great leading that comeback against the Chiefs.........

lol at the people that were saying this Packers team was better than the '07 Patriots. What a joke.

Skip Bayless: Rodgers isn't on his MVP ballot.

That proves that he's the least credible sports journalist ever.

It's one thing to not have him as an MVP, but not even on a ballot of 4 to 6 players. That's ridiculous.

45 touchdowns to 6 interceptions in the NFL is unbelievable with 4643 passing yards at 9.2 Y/A.

Bayless isn't a journalist. He's a talking puppet to stir up controversy for ESPN.

Rodgers IS the runaway MVP, and nobody should even be #2.

I agree, yet there are people buying to that madness. The thing is he's always been controversial from what I heard and have seen. There are players as far back, as Tony Dorsett who Bayless has crossed the wrong way.

You could say he's the Wendy Williams or Howard Stern of the Sports world.

Bayless wouldn't be relevant if he didn't say stupid things to rile people up. Whatever beast needs to be fed, he's right there.

Brees should be #2, but Rodgers still wins the MVP by a lot, and shouldnt be close.

Who will have a better career, Brees or Rodgers?

    To me, Brees.

If you had predicted the Giants knocking them off I would have been impressed.

I need to take my 11 year old to vegas. He's been telling me since the end of the regular season the Giants would end up playing and beating the Packers in the playoffs.

The least you could do would be to have a stickied thread with his sports predictions in advance of each weekend. Would that be so much to ask?

Does he like the Giants on the road again?

Yeah I know but at the time that was everybody's thinking, that they were a sure thing. Even moes responded saying "Who beats them?"

    Oh well, nothing spectacular......:)
