Is it me or are the Timberwolves looking pretty talented?

Adelman works with what he has. His 1st year the Rockets won 22 in a row and were 2nd in defense. He doesn't force his 'system' on the team.

I hope Minny wins as many games as possible to screw the Hornets out of a high draft pick.

He was such a main reason for the Golden State Warrior's success in 95. Whoops. Wait a minute...............

Wow, you have to go back over 15 years to find a bad season for Adelman?!

They should be about the same as the Rockets.

We need to help them so that the pick they send to NO is worse than ours.

Adelman had rookies with major minutes most years he was here, and even to start the season.

When is the last time he has coached a team as bad at this Minnesota team?

    Like, last year.

You know cause now Minnesota has Rubio, Love, Williams, Beasley, Johnson. All of them are top 5 picks

And then you also have solid players like Ridnour, Barea, Pekovic, Darko.

The Wolves are really not that bad anymore.

lots of young talent and a coach who is great at getting the most out of what hes got... they could challenge for a playoff spot if beasly finally puts it together and the rookies are as good as advertised.

Last year we missed the playoffs. That's your standards for success for Rick Adelman?

RA is a really good coach but he's a win-now coach rather than a developer of talent. He's best in a vet team which has several established go-to guys, like the Lakers which is why I'll never understand why they chose Mike Brown over him.

Who knows if he'll perform in Minny, what I do know is:

    1. He hates young numbskulls
    2. He chooses an annointed one at each position and then benches all the other guys
    3. Minny has 100 forwards, 90 of which are young numbskulls.

Also signing Bonzi Wells when they have boat load of young guys they need to develop is not a good sign.
