Yeah pvp lol, its not that scary I promise since i'm already playing i'll start it up. Any suggestions? Maybe something along the lines of Clutch Fans or maybe Clutch City, Rockets Raiders? lol... yeah
You can solo a lot of the game it has been said. But not every mission. For solo players (or more like players who just have a small circle.) companions come in handy. If there is two of you, with each companion you can do 4 man stuff. Not sure if this is true for higher level 4 man stuff though. But the best part about companions was on a early flashpoint (4 man) a member lagged out and never came back, so one of us just pulled out a companion and easily did it.
If you are in a group, and someone chooses to click through the speech, do you still get to hear it? If you are in a group, and someone else wins the roll, do you still get credit for your own choice even if you didn't see the outcome? Can you select three gathering skills? I ask because I have zero interest in crafting and would prefer just to make money instead of items. For someone who has never played, not even beta, but has played other MMO, how long will it take to reach tenth level through solo play? Is it possible to solo till tenth or will some grouping be required? Do force leap and force jump look the same? Thanks
This is how that will work. If there are 4 people in the group and a convo pops up lets say two out of 4 press spacebar (that skips it) then they will just have to wait until the other two finish. If even 3 out of the 4 opt to skip it, then the other 3 will have to listen. For cutscenes/convo's either everyone skips it or waits for it to end. Warning, because of this that means there will be annoying/ADD people who spam "PRESS SPACEBAR!" several times because they can't afford losing another 20 seconds. Yes, in group convo you always get lightside or darkside points depending on what you chose. I didn't really mess around with the crafting. It'll take about 2-3 hours I guess. Didn't really feel too long. There are like two group quest in every starting area I think one is a 2 man group and the other may be 2+. Don't know if you can reach level 10 because finding someone else to do it will be no problem. When it's saying 2+ though it might as well say 3 people Yeah, they look the same to me. I think the Jedi Knight and Sith Warrior class ability wise look the same. All the classes are mirrored to the point where the main difference is aesthetic but these two classes, I'm guessing the big difference is Sith Warriors have force choke and Knights have force push.
I played the beta for 3+ months, and I'm going to pass on the game. After a while the RPG element gets really boring... plus, I can't play MMOs and lead a productive life
MMOs are based in a persistent world that they keep up and running, so yes. Every online game (I know of) is paid for somehow. Online shooters, the servers you sign on to and play are paid for by someone. XBox live, you pay a yearly subscription. Actually...is PSN free?
PSN is free I think. With shooters though you pay for the DLC and the updates are nearly not often. While a MMO is patched constantly and new things added all the time. Shooters just get new stuff every now and then.
Ok so who else already has early access? trying to start up a guild for clutchfans there need 3 people to do it.
Should have me early access in the next day or so. I pre-ordered and did the authorization last night.
