sportsguy33 Bill Simmons Heavy buzz that CP3/Clippers might be going down. Clips staff was just summoned to the office. Trying to get more info.
I usually love roster movement, but I've had enough of this. Just trade Paul to one of the LA teams and Dwight to Brooklyn or shut up until the deal's done.

2nd time Simmons breaks some news. He was the first to break the news that Moss got traded to the Vikings as well.
How the hell is that better than what they would have gotten in the LA/Houston deal? Martin -> Gordon Scola -> Kaman Odom ->>>>>>> Aminu and they would have gotten at least a first-round pick and some talented young players as well. **** Stern.
I get this feeling that the NBA is forcing the Clippers to make a trade. Why in the world would you give away Minny's 1st rounder AND Gordon? They said the whole time they were unwilling to do that and then last minute they give the bank and more to NO? Something is wrong here...
Finally. This will take the Clippers to the next level. I group them with OKC and Memphis as the top 3 teams in the West. It might take the whole season for the other players to get used to CP3 creating for them.
Wow, got Gordon and the Sota pick, well done NO. You usually never get equal value for a player who has demanded a trade, but this is damn close.
guess Stern really does know best lol. Not only does this deal COMPLETELY destroys the LA/HOU offer. Stern who many already thought was crazy, decides to hold out on the Clippers till they relent and give up both Gordon AND the pick! Stern for GM of the year.
