Is it just me, or does moochie norris not look to be the same player he was last year???? I remember times last year when mooch would come in and run the team better than steve because of his pure point skills(from a run the offense standpoint) at times. I don't know but he just doesn't seem the same. He doesn't even seem as quick off the dribble as last year.....I remember times mooch would blow by defenders, and break some ankles last year, but this year I' haven't seen the quickness...... is it just me or what????????????????? Am I trippin?????????????????????
I don't know which Mooch your speaking of because he did not play that well last year, he was over weight is what I heard as far as that. And this year he is not playing well at all this year, personally I wish we would have cut him and kept Brown, I'm positive Brown would be doing a better job, a spark plug of sorts. I hope Mooch's contract is up soon and I never see him in a Rocket's uniform ever again.
Mooch played well last year, I didn't hear it I saw it, also did you not notice a hold out and a new 30 some odd million dollar contract for moochie.............He just signed a big deal so he's not going anywhere for a couple of years.
He's not the greatest PG in the league, but he is a very serviceable one. Well at least last year he was, this year I take the serviceable back.
Moochie seems to be a really nice, charming, friendly, interesting, and entertaining fellow who just doesn't play basketball very well. I still can't believe they gave him such an unbelievable contract. I have never been impressed with his basketball skills. But he really is likeable. I have always liked the fro; it is the turnovers, forced shots, and amazingly dumb basketball decisions that I don't care for. (However, he does seem to be dribbling a bit less that last year when he was dubbed the "little dribbler.") Not one of the organization's better decisions. Oh well, we have many other reasons to be thankful.
Not every player is going to look great right off. Mooch was hurt, he may still be. Players nned to to have time to adjust ti each other. There are 71 games left. Keep the faith. Nothing is wrong!
Can we get some confirmation on that? It is about time for some insider scoop, and there is no excuse now to be holding back information in the early part of the NBA Season. At first I thought we all just needed patience, but it is clear that we also need a bit of change in order to see results.
