Trade an unhappy Martin and Scola to minny for Johnson n Randolph maybe throw in Ellington. We need to young talent like Johnson and need big presences in Randolph. Ellington we can package somewhere else but decent player just not right system

I am thinking the same. It's back to Nene. Morey's got Nene in his sights with his hungry eyes. One look at Nene's incredible efficiency and Morey can't diguise that he's got hungry eyes. Unfortunately, with Dwight Howard possibly back to Orlando, I feel it might be the Magic that comes between Nene and us.

    How?

Magic have no capspace to go after Nene.

What's the max they can give him?

If Magic keeps Dwight, NJ becomes more of a competition for Nene.

Well we're gonna have competition either way. If NJ had signed/traded for DH then we would have gotten competition with the Lakers. If we're trying to sign Nene then I think the current scenario is more favorable, LA and ORL are stuck trying to get DH, while we only have NJ to worry about. I think Nene's hesistant about going to NJ because he might end up in Orlando during the midseason. If DM can scrape up enough $$$ before the DH saga closes we might be able to get Nene before the other teams can finish fighting over DH.

I'm guessin we are not willin to take the risk with trade for DH right? I mean we can send over Martin Scola and pick maybe a little more like hill thabeet for him. I mean everyone talking about tanking/rebuilding why not take risk here and if don't pan out than we forsure rebuilding? What else does the other teams have to offer because it seems like we have alot of pieces that could fit in Orlando.

I am guessing Orlando does not value Scola and Martin as much as NOLA.

But wouldn't it fill heir needs besides getting a big center? I mean Scola and big baby Davis could work out with Andersen subbing and Martin fills their void at sg. I mean hill could be there center too and draft pick would be a plus

Nah, they just signed Jason Richardson. What Orlando is looking for is an upgrade in PF where Davis would come off the bench and Dwight's replacement. Guess who has that???

I know this gonna sound r****ded but why not sign n trade nene to Orlando for DH? I mean nene is good don't get me wrong but i think we rather have DH more. We give up nene Scola for DH. That's it nothing more nothing less??

We are basically screwed now. We can't start the season with no legitimate center. If we do, we will be officially tanking and watch McHale leave next season. So our next task during the next offseason is to draft a star player, trade for a center(or sign one), find another coach and make other miscellaneous trades.

How many lottery busts do the Rockets need to trade for? Instead of the trade assets they were supposed to be they're deadweight contracts on the Rockets.

Nola wanted Scola Martin and Lowrey in the Paul trade. That isn't even close to what Orlando is going to want for Howard if a really good center is not included.
