I've been over stern since he rigged the lottery for the knicks. There are severe questions about game 6 in 2002 finals and there are some more questions about game 7 a few years ago that put the lakers at the line the entire 4th quarter and were gifted the title. We've had referees betting and his grandstanding on all matters really make me want to punch the guy in the face. Last time I checked this is not north korea so I just don't get that this guy can just go around kim jong illing us all.. For what? What can we do as a collective to get rid of this guy? and no golden parachute I want this guy homeless. Even then his conniving smirk probably wouldn't go away but this guy is a complete joke and I f-ing hate this NY piece of crap. Ideas?

Ha, you would regret it big time, Stern has its flaws as anything. HE is not perfect and has made mistakes.e That said he is the best commissioner in sports and basketball players are the best paid among sports in the world as well and the game is taken to new heights with his marketing, his growth vision. I hate many of the things he has does, but he is still the best in the business. anyone else would make it that much more worse off
Is David Stern and the league trying to set a new standard for the worth of super stars? By asking for such extreme offers from the trade partners, is the league trying to set a new standard of the worth of an NBA superstar? Maybe! Maybe they are paving the way by drawing a line and setting a high ceiling for a star player. Don't you think that the CP3 deal affects the offers that are now going to come in for DH12? The Magic now have a bit of leverage to make a potential DH12 trade even more in their favor therefore forcing any trade partners to really shell out and go all in for a chance at a super star. Is this their way of limiting player movement? As of right now...it seems like its working.

Stern is obviously mafia. He won't be fired unless their is a grand jury brought against him, and that won't happen because he is so important to the place bets of Vegas and all the money that brings to the judges, politicians, etc.

Ha, read Magic Johnson's response when they started calling stern a crook so on. the media just goes wit hthe new sensation and the new bad guy and are more often than not, wrong. Sternr has made plenty of mistakes, but he has fought and taken the league and players salaries to knew heights. He always wants international exposure and fights to get minorities into ownership position in away NO other league has. Magic Johnson talk about how ridiculous it is and how much stern gets involved personally with the players for their well being behind the scenes(giving business advice, friendship advice in the situation of Isaiah and Magic), he talked about hte opportunities beyond the game stern preaches(they have programs to teach NBA players about finances etc unlike any other league) so on. this is pathetic and just ill informed
Stern has been one of the best commissioner in all professional sport in America. He made the NBA a phenomenal internationally. NBA is more popular then the NFL outside of the united states. We're lucky to have him.
Exactly. Stern should retire because he's old but even then before this year he legit was gonna be the GOAT commissioner OF ANY SPORT.
