Amnesty Question

    Is a team under the cap allowed to sign an amnestied player and then immediately trade them?

    ex:

    The Kings put in a $5m/yr offer for Billups and then force one of the contenders he wants to go to trade a pick+cash+filler to pick him up

    Nevermind. Larry Coon just answered it. Signed amnesty players are not allowed to be traded until July 1st.
