I already miss Mobley, Hawkins doesn't look comfortable taking those OPEN shots he's getting. Hope he can rediscover his stroke in the 2nd half.

I think I just lost 5 years of my life expectancy by watching that first half.

Ugly first half. Rockets 17 turnovers amazingly we are still in the game. It's one of those games nobody seems to get anything right.

    Final 1 2 3 4 T
    Clippers 22 16 24 8 70
    Nuggets 19 14 16 23 72

There is always hope if you look at the Clippers last game vs. the Denver Nuggets...

How many layups have steve blown this year driving to basket? I'm just curious. I can see one thing that Mobley and Francis didn't practice during summer. How to be great at finishing layups.

Yao has had a lot of problems because Kandi is stronger than him.Horrible defense by the Rockets led to easy baskets for the Clippers.Mobley is being missed.

    1) Why no zone? They only played it for a couple of minutes in the first half. The Clippers are a good team to play zone on. Rudy said they would be playing zone a lot on the road trip.

    2) Rice should've played more in the first half. The Clippers are playing a zone, and our best (really only) 3-pt shooter can't get in the game. Coincidentally the Rockets couldn't score either.

It's interesting, the attempts from Ming + Kandi= only 6.

Why front Kandy with Cato, forcing a shorter Kenny to come help from behind? Kandy is not that great of a postup player.

Yao did not do much. Neither did Kandi.
Yao missed probably two shots-guess you can credit to Kandi.
And on two occasions, when he put the ball on the floor Clips'
guard stole it. Then Rox never try to get him into the post position anymore.

Rice, another 3 and were ahead for the first time with 1.5 minutes left in the 3rd quarter
