We dont even know if it was to keep Chuck, WE DONT KNOW. He could have been used in a SnT along with Pau but now we will never know because technically NOTHING IS STOPPING RESIGNING OF CHUCK, not no damn block buster deal and not no damn Kings. How does Chuck go so well with Pau to make Chuck the big time signing we need after the trade.

Assumptions have you cursing one dude because of his previous action, but your cursing him for something that he didnt stop now. If you guys want to curse him for stopping the deal, then fine. But he didnt stop us from signing Chuck, Morey did that.

So what about Lamar Odom who was crying on the phone last night because he thought he meant more to the Lakers? You think players don't want to go to the Lakers now?

Every team treats their players like well...players... Why should Chuck wait around when he has this offer now?

Time to move on! Let's give the young guys a chance. We need to rebuild and get out of mediocrity by always being in the middle of the pack.

And Sac-town can guarantee NOT to trade him during contract? I cannot believe this. Witless
Must be the short term thinking. I will not blame him but I will doubt his agent.

Agreed but it still taints the Rockets simply by being a part of the mess.

Not to the extent we do. Not by far.

    Ariza-one and done
AB-drafted and traded within 2 years
    Scola-3 years and attempted trade
Kmart-year and 1/2 and tried to trade
Landry-traded as soon as he started to be good and then the guy we traded for him is trying to be moved
    PPatt and Budinger are next

No other team in the NBA has turnover like that.

Dude, It's Morey, we know. The multiple dominoes were set fall and Stern kicked them over.

Do you want the rockets of last year while offering up 20 million to chuck while handicapping the team on where we actually need to go?

FYI, that team got nowhere. Just saying... Oh and sources did confirm in camp the situation. Morey did ask them to hold up. Then, it got axed. Thos are the facts we know.

WTF is wrong with people today?????? Witless? Man....seriously.....

What I am saying is that after all of this went down, it probably helped push Chuck to sign the deal, a bird in the hand after all....

Nets just offered today. Thoughts last night were that if Pau came to houston. Nene would have been inclined to join him. We all know how that turned out.

I'm going to miss him. He's a true warrior. Hell, when he joined the team I never thought he'd stick. Now he ranks right up there with Mario Elie and Vernon Maxwell as my all-time favorite Rockets role-players.

Sure, Houston is to blame for trading for an all-star center. Stop posting.
