    IF you guys also look at contracts next year the only guys on our books could potentially be

    Lowry 5.75m

    Morris 2.0?m
    Patterson 1.959m
    Gasol 20m with kicker

    capholds for Lee and Budinger around 4 and 2 million I think.

    Rockets could still be in contention w/ only about 34 million committed, to a bigtime free agent pickup say Lee's best friend Dwight

    Scola and Gasol are the same age. You are giving up a 28-year old 23.5 pt scorer to get two more rebounds out of your PF.

    No. He's not worth that because Scola is almost as good by himself.

    However, I think now the Rockets have a legit shot at also getting Navarro. Gasol/Navarro is the start to a championship.

    This could be a step to get his Murray's beloved Rubio to Houston. Rubio always wanted to play with his teammate from Spain. Or maybe we do a flip and trade away Gasol for Derrick Williams... All I can say is the NBA is back!!:grin:
