    i dont get Boston wanting totrade off Rondo so bad.

    NBA source: Celtics contacted Warriors about Rondo-for-Curry & were turned down. Presumably, Boston wanted to flip Curry to NO for Paul

    Because with their stars aging they need more offense. Look how teams played them, they just left Rondo open and made him shoot. At times he got the hot hand and made them pay, but at other times he missed open layups.

    Rondo seemed affected by the Perkins trade. He just didn't seem on that same level as early on in the season

    The Celtics are trying to get Dwight to come to Boston. Best way to do that is to get CP3...

    If I saw KG in a room I'd cry. Scariest looking man in the world. Dwight looks like a cartoon character. Not a good combination.

    i don't think KG's former teammates hold a high opinion of him, i think players would rather play with rondo than KG

    They don't hate Rondo any more than Morey hates Kyle Lowry.

    They just really like Chris Paul (and for a very good reason).

    wouldn't this be the perfect time fr Morey to inquire about Rondo. He's a better pg and play-maker than Lowry, Dragic and Flynn put together.

    Obviously the Hornets do not want Rondo and the celtics do not have the pieces they need--Pieces I believe Houston can provide in a 3 way trade.

    Morey and McHale should use their old connections in the celtics organization. Also, Rondo is signed for the long haul for cheap, and has a ring

    So even if the Celtics weren't trying to flip Curry for CP3, wouldn't this be a good trade for both sides?

    Celtics wanted someone who take could take the scoring load off of Paul Pierce and Curry could obviously fill that void.

    Warriors now have a true pg to play with Ellis, and their back court defense improves as well.

    Rondo is a strange dude, and he is of a different generation than the others, they probably don't think they need him as much as they do....

    He is a good PG, but he is quirky to say the least.
