yeah yeah, I know, they're coming out with new ones next season, but I want to get me some. Would you get the home or away shorts? I'm leaning towards the away because they can't get stained, etc. Theres also a pic of the sweatshirt I wanna buy.
im wearing the Home White shorts as we speak... i bought them off nba.com when i was drunk for fifty six bucks.. i just wear them around the house... they are a little too flashy to go try to pick up chicks in while jogging..or something like that... but get the blue ones ..so i can pretend im the 0nly one who has these....
Just wondering, is there a shop at the Compaq centre or somewhere that sells the official merchandise? I've got a pal who's going to Houston and I want to ask him to buy some Rox stuff for me. Where should I direct him to?
Theres a Fan Shop at Compaq Center. I've never been inside of it, but I walk past it all the time. I never go inside cause I know the prices will be absurd...not sure though....
The Rockets shop in Memorial City closed, it was the best place for auth. merchandise. The shop in the compaq center carries jerseys but not shorts and prices are high. Best bet is online at NBA.com. I'm about to order one of the red warm-up shirts they wear on the bench. Price online 60 price at the game 80. Good luck Back to topic... Go with the home white.
I have the road shorts. I wore them at the gym a couple of times until I felt embarassed and never wore them again.
i gotta agree. there is a certain age when wearing sports jerseys and shorts in public is just silly. i used to do it all the time up until the first year of high school, than i stopped. there's just something funny about seeing a grown ass man wearing a size XXXL kurt warner jersey at the grocery store. (which happened to me yesterday and i almost doubled over in laughter in the frozen foods aisle) i still have all my jerseys and only wear them around the house. if i go outside, i always change. jerseys and the shorts are for kids, not adults.
I think they should offer them in the "Yao cut" or the honorary "Stockton cut" (just in case any other guys in the world want to show everyone their thighs).
