He's an average center playing in a below-average "big man" era....!!!... This is the equivalent of giving Rick Smits max money during the Hakeem era..... What the hell for???
People keep making these compelling arguments for tanking. If this is in fact what we're gonna do, than I would rather have DeAndre Jordan than Chandler. Yes, its cool that hes from Houston, but more importantly, I think if we're gonna suck for a year or two (or three), I'd rather have the much younger guy with the potential to improve, instead of the much older guy who can only get worse from here on out.
