Dwight has to protect the rim for his entire team. He is the one man defense for the Magic. He has Jameer, Hedo, Vince/JRich, Ryan Anderson who are all below average defenders and yet the Magic are amazing. Here Dwight has Garnett to help him. Last point before I stop posting. I would like people to consider the effect of Popovich as a coach. Pop has been fantastic at managing players and making great offensive and defensive schemes. Tony Parker (a shoot first PG) excelled with Pop because he made the offense run through big man (Dwight here) and Manu and let the shoot first PG feed off of that.
