At least he doesn't have to ride the Ghetro or he'd never get there in time.

Kinda sad that we're trashing our own city. But when others do it we get uppity. Good or bad at least we got a superhero.

Yes, Special Spidey Sense is now ability to sense when traffic is bogging down and where. Also her sticky web material won't lose stickiness when wet from the heat and humidity.

Dude, that ***** is getting really old. You used it TWICE in this thread and it doesn't have anything to do with the topic at hand. Your little stupid "that's what she said" jokes can be used with pretty much anything. WE GET IT. Calm the hell down man.

Will Bud Adams be the King Pin of Houston? What will he do for a living? Will he cut grass? Work for a big oil company? Work for the Houston Chronicle? Work at the Galleria and be gay?

    So true. :(

Really looking forward to this comic. Hopefully this is a stepping stone to get more movies filmed here.

Just picked up Scarlett Spiderman #1 and variant cover Scarlett Spiderman #1 from Bedrock Comics! Limit 1 copy for per customer. The bedrock in the heights on Washington have a very little of the white cover left fyi.

Loving it so far with all the houston landmarks and i can't wait for issue 2. Kaine is such a bad a**, "all the power, none of the responsibility"

So he's going to swing 30 miles to Katy from downtown? Or is he more of a downtown Spiderman? Will there be multiple franchised Spidermen in various corners of the city? A spiderman for every Target?

Yeah i got both of them. I like the white canvas cover hopefully i can get a sketch or autograph by someone. There's 3 other cover variants that cost between 10 to 40 dollars each.

    Here are the other covers

How much did the issues you purchased cost? I can't see myself paying 40 bucks if it's not at least a graphic novel type book

The writer and artist are at 8th Dimension Comics today at 4pm I think. Then they'll be at Alamo Drafthouse for a Q&A.

Just read the first issue and it was pretty good. I hope this series does well and glad to have Houston get some recognition in the comic world.

On a side note, coincidence that this was released on Human Trafficking Awareness Day or planned?
