I wish them luck, especially since Verizon LTE is available in over 160 cities so far.
    AT&T has less than 9

Let's not forget Verizon made the first VoLTE call, and they'll probably roll out VoLTE along with LTE-A sometime in the next 5 years.

In due time, the number of cities will all even out for both carriers.

Oh plz, I'm sure these smartphone batteries will be built adequately to withstand drainage. My Galaxy S II Skyrocket has been pretty good so far as far as battery life goes. I've been using it a good amount these last couple of days.

This doesn't really make much sense.

My brother (works for AT&T) just gave me a HTC Vivid with 4G Lte to try out for a while. He wants to know what think about it.

It's ****ing fast. pages load instantly and apps download in 3 seconds or less.

I'll post battery on life latter. Just got the phone.

How is it? Worth ditching the Infuse for and not waiting for ICS? My Infuse has the best battery life of any phone I've owned since Blackberry.

I will agree with you on your Infuse, I rooted a co-workers Infuse and put MIUI on it and battery life in phenomenal on it

The Phone itself is really nice. I've never tried an Infuse before, but this phone has a really nice screen. This battery has been pretty decent. I get about 16 hours or so out of the battery and I use the phone frequently throughout the day for different things. As far the LTE speeds go, highest I've hit in downtown Chicago so far is 35 mbps, but it varies. I'm sure in Houston, you can get some really good speeds. I suggest you try it out at an AT&T store before getting one, but it's definitely worth it to me, especially for $149.99.

I like AT&T's pricing structure for LTE devices. Verizon is over charging. Chipset costs have gone down recently so that no longer should be used an excuse.
However the high costs may have something to do with their extremely fast LTE deployment in which I definitely applaud

Yeah, I mean at least you do get that. The coverage area and the deployment time are definitely worth it.
