Well, this forum is in English. You can post here. Or were you looking for a forum where people will actually correct you and help you learn the English language?

Well, you're doing fairly well. A few corrections, though. Seems like the toughest part about English is knowing how to structure your sentences like an English-speaker. For example, you say, "so I need you to recommend the forum of English," whereas a fluent speaker might say something like, "so could anybody recommend an English-speaking forum?" Or, when you say, "Or are we talk about some jokes ?" a fluent speaker might change the wording to be something like, "Could we tell some jokes?" or, "Or are we to talk about some jokes?" At any rate, with some practice you'll quickly pick up how best to structure your sentences like a native speaker.

I think it is a very bad idea to try and practice English on a web forum, because there are a lot of confusing conversations and slang that would not be of use for your English test.

Wait a minute. You know the proper use of "you're". You can also probably use "a lot" correctly. You don't need to know anything else. :)

The best way to learn English is to go to an English speaking country and trying talking there. You'll pick up on it much quicker if you're forced to constantly speak and think in the new language.

If that's not feasible, I recommend just typing here and trying to talk with any English speakers (preferably native speakers) around where you presently live.

If you're looking to practice online, I recommend busuu.com, it's pretty useful, especially because you can speak directly with native speakers. Just create a free account (there's other memberships that you can pay for, but I don't think they're worth the price).

If you're looking for a forum to improve your English the Debate and Discussion forum here (D & D) is actually pretty good. While it is a hotbed of heated political discussion including poo flinging, many of the posters write very well and posters will frequently criticize other posters for poor grammar.

Also a lot of new articles posted there are good examples of correctly written English.

With all of that though you have to be somewhat cynical and thick skinned about the content of the D & D.

I really don't think he was looking for an actual forum... I think he was asking if we could talk about a topic and have a back and forth conversation with him to improve his English. Hence, the asking for "talk of jokes".
