"We have absolutely nothing on it. Not one report was received related to this incident, nor do we have any pictures," DPS Corporal John Gonzalez said. LPD Spokesman Sgt. Jonathan Stewart said "We have no reports of the incident." Texas Tech Athletic Director Blayne Beal says Texas A&M notified them of the incident and they are looking into it. "We are currently investigating the incident as we speak," Beal said, "but neither I nor anyone else in this office has seen a police report or photo related to the allegations. It is to our understanding that no police report was filed." Texas Tech Communications Director Chris Cook said, "It's unfair and unfortunate that our students were immediately pinpointed as the culprits in this alleged incident - it's unfounded." The Charter America Bus Company that owns the buses say they have "no comment" on the incident. Texas A&M Athletic Director Bill Byrne tweeted: "Someone vandalized our buses in Lubbock. On that date Byrne masterminded an under-handed public relations attack against Texas Tech University and the City of Lubbock. A few hours before his Texas AnM Fisting Aggies were set to play the Texas Tech Red Raiders in Lubbock, TX, Byrne sent out a ludicrous and absolutely false statement via twitter that AnM buses had been "smeared with excrement, inside and out, and spray painted with vulgarities." Byrne went on to say that pictures were taken and handed over to "the highway patrol". However, on October 10th, 2011, a spokesperson for the Department of Public Safety issued the following statement, "We have absolutely nothing on it. Not one report was received related to this incident, nor do we have any pictures." Additionally, attempts to locate any witnesses or pictures of the vandalism have met dead ends, as there seems to be no witnesses or evidence that it ever occurred. With no evidence, no witnesses, no reports filed with any law enforcement agency, and no insurance claims made on behalf of the bus owner, it is absolutely clear that Dollar Bill Byrne fabricated the entire story as a lame attempt to fuel the fire of the intense rivalry his adopted school shares with Texas Tech. I still think it happened, but it's probably being over exaggerated. If there was no police report, it couldn't have been that bad. What sucks is after the AD tweet this was all over the news and it was suggestive that TTU students did this. Definitely a cheap shot, but oh well.

lol @ people legitimately thinking that an AD of one of the largest public Universities in the nation would fake a dog $h!t prank to frame the students of an irrelevant school in Lobutt, Texas that we will never play again of being classless.
