    OK, so I apparently survived my first Oktoberfest, but not without making a stupid thread in the hangout. haha. Apologies to Clutch and the Hangout. Forgive me???? :)

    I do recall being very hungry, though. I really wanted a sandwich...bitte!

    and for the record...the German friends of mine did not do as well.

    A German friend just made a comment about the war era, and said "them" referring to his own country/history.

    I'm here because German's are awesome. I really like working with them.

    You might never think of Germany as a tourist destination, but once you are here, what is so amazing is you can go anywhere in Europe for so cheap. No wonder they travel all the time....like weekends in France, Italy, Prague, Turkey, Switz, Aus, $80 away. Germany is centrally located. No wonder they were able to take over Europe. haha
