http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2011/09/chris_christie_seriously_consi.html I am all over this for entertainment value. Would be interesting to see how it works out between him and "the crazies" when it comes to, say, Sharia law.

No chance I would vote for Romney or Perry but maybe for Christie (might be because I don't know much about him yet). His entry would at least put my vote up for grabs.

I don't think Christie will win, but his appeal will be to the sane wing of the party. That is bad news for Romney and great news for Perry.
I am afraid Christie will kick Obama's butt. People are hurting and looking for a leader. Chrisite doesn't eat as much arugula, may have even gone to a public school some time in his life, and talks more like a politican and not a college graduation speaker. Obama can act the part of a down-home working class guy, but like Romney seem fake when doing it. This is sad as objectively speaking Christie is just more of the trickle down, please the wealthy elite crowd than Obama.
Perfect match! Cain can supply all the pizza to be consumed by Christie! To be honest, I mostly want Christie to run for the fat jokes. "Leading from behind," for example, takes on a whole different meaning:
Okay... lets see how his "fagetaboutit" works south of the mason dixon line. He is a republican, so he has to win virtually the entire South... that ain't happening with a Sooprano's extra running.
Now the race just got a significantly more boring than it could have been. I guess it's a smart decision for Big Boy not to jump into this mud wrestling match which he's not crazy enough to win anyway.
Won't capture the Bible Belt Will lose votes to Romney and vice-verse if he did enter, he'd probably divide the moderate Republicans enough, which would give Perry the nomination. If Perry got the nomination then Obama would win. Therefore, Christie is hurting his own party and wasting his own time and money by running in 2012.
