I see rick bringing in brooks. He definitely like to regurgitate past commodities.

Well, I hope Rick the best. And I'm certainly curious about that team. At least their expectations are so low playoffs is probably considered success there. Which IMO is attainable in 2-3 years.

On the subject of Adelman's willingness to rebuild, there differences between Minnesota and Houston.

In Minnesota Adelman directs the rebuilding process. Kahn helps.
In Houston Morey directs the rebuilding process. Adelman would've helped.

In Minnesota Adelman gets all his say in his staff and coaching philosophy
In Houston Morey puts his favorite guy into the staff and wants to give Rick spreadsheets on stuff Rick doesn't care about.

In Minnesota Adelman plays who he likes.
In Houston Morey trades players Adelman likes.

    In Minnesota Adelman has freedom.
In Houston Adelman has to communicate with Les on stuff because Les doesn't want to feel like being out of the loop.

In the end, not all rebuilding are created equal. So parting was good for both sides.
