I promised myself that I would start a thread like this before Mo played his first game this year.

For over a year now, I have gone on and on about his weaknesses and shortcomings (of which there are many) but I have always stated, that I hope he turns it around since we are stuck with him.

That being said, its all about the Rockets and winning so...

here's to you Mo...show us what you got...we are rooting for you!

I hope Mo can provide us a nice offensive spark off of the bench. I think that is something that is really needed. Good luck tonight Mo!

Mo, I love the way he starts a game, he is a spark-plug starter, I hope you can pull the same thing off the bench as well, Im rooting for you 110%

Yeah, that's why I'm not expecting much from him this game. I always seem to remember they'd go to him early in the first quarter and he'd have 12-15 points to start. Then no one would look in his direction for the remainder of the game, and he'd finish with 15-18. So I'm guessing 5-9 points will be about right for Mo this game.

But make no mistake, I'm no Mo detractor. Go show 'em how it's done, Mo!

How about his: We leave MoT alone for a poorly played game! I love it when injured players, or suspended in this case, come back and people gang up on the guy because he plays poorly. Every poster who does this for now on, I'm placing on my ignore list. About time I stated using that function.

Mo is not going to be much of a factor if any, so dont expect anything more than about 6 pts. 4rbs. and 2 ass. Sorry but this is reality in NBA life now. Maurice after about 6-7 games is going to start showing his worth, you guys will see! Then after about 15 games he should have taken Kenny's spot averaging about 14pts. 7reb. 4ass. a game. Sorry Kenny but Mo is better than you.
So Rockets fans, (I am also, a big fan, don't get me wrong!) the Rockets will be a pretty nice playoff team come April, cause we do got the skills! Holla!!!!!

Since a lot of people think our guards are selfish, maybe Taylor can offer Steve and Cat some guidance...

Kenny is playing the SF spot, he may take minutes from Kenny as a packup PF, but Kenny will still get his at SF. Eddie will be the one to lose minutes to Mo depending on their performances over the next couple of weeks.

Personally I hope Mo will play well, but it will take some time since he hasn't played an NBA game in over a year.

Our front court is going to be strong with Kenny and TMo at SF, Eddie and Mo at PF and Cato and Ming at center. They offer us a lot of diversity and an ability to play a lot of different line ups.

    Good luck Mo.
    Good luck Rockets.

He'll be shaking off that nba rust tonight. Probably a bad shooting night.
