Rajin Cajun is alright. Went to Mardi Gras Grill on Durham yesterday for crawfish and while they were really small the flavor was awesome be a little more creative Swoly...this one is too easy.

If Mardi Gras Grill has better tasting crawfish compared to Ragin Cajun, then here is pretty much the same offer going on today

    http://deals.voiceplaces.com/houston/x/d4c4w244/

Spend $20 for $40 worth of Cajun food @ Mardi Gras Grill

Mardi Gras may be over, but that doesn't mean the party has to stop. Come to a place that celebrates Fat Tuesday every day of the year, Mardi Gras Grill. With a festive atmosphere and delicious Cajun food, the Mardi Gras Grill celebrates everything about South Louisiana right here in Houston. Have a hankering for crawfish? Mardi Gras Grill has some of the most meaty, succulent crawfish you'll find in Houston prepared with your favorite Cajun recipes. Use today's deal to grab your favorite beverage and suck on a crawfish for less with $40 of food and drinks at Mardi Gras Grill for $20.

Taste authentic Cajun specialties like crawfish etoufee, chicken and sausage jambalaya, crab boulettes and seafood courtbouillon. For dishes that are easier to pronounce, try house specialties like seafood gumbo, crab bisque, blackened catfish and stuffed flounder that's loaded with crabmeat. If your mouth isn't watering yet, we're sure the traditional Louisiana boiled crawfish will get the job done. Stop in for your daily dose of Fat Tuesday Monday through Thursday from 11am - 10pm, Friday and Saturday from 11am - 11pm, and Sundays from noon - 10pm at Mardi Gras Grill, masks and beads not required.

I live right next to Mardi Gras and I'm not a big fan of it. Last time I had crawfish there last season I remember being pretty disappointed in them.

I used my Ragin Cajun deal this past Saturday at the one on Richmond. The place was PACKED so it seems a lot of people took advantage of this. Got a ton of tasty food, great deal.

Its all good, can't beat a good cajun meal every now and then. That Ragin Cajun deal had like 6,000 or so folks sign up so that was as popular a deal as I have seen since they have been doing these local deals.

As far as Mardi Gras Grill, I had a nice referral credit from the last time I did one of these, so I paid my $5 difference and I am pumped for some decent crawfish:grin:

do they serve little crawfish during non seasonal Fall months

or just no buckets of crawfish available there at all? not sure if they have tasty gumbo, but there are tons of stuff on there online menu so its all good.
