You're confused sir. This is clearly left-over from the Bush era.

When it comes down to it, the guy's a moron for abandoning his dogs for two weeks. How, and why, sickly, starving dogs would just take down their owner and EAT him is pretty bizarre though.

Oddly enough, stories like these don't make me think 'what hell is going on here'

Guy was a pitiful POS and got what I think he deserved.

Has there ever been a case of a dog killing and eating a live human?

My guess is the dude croaked first and then the dogs ate him.

    Sarcasm much?

Obviously, you can't control a dog's behavior too much. Especially if you don't feed it for two weeks.

I was sensing some sarcasm at first also, but that wasn't a false statement he made.

I'd want my dogs to eat me if I died. Starting with my butthole.

It seems that people (including many here) treat their dogs like people more and more each day, and that they almost expect their dogs to act like people.

But they aren't people. They're dogs. We should treat them like dogs and we should expect them to act like dogs.

We shouldn't be surprised by an article like this. We shouldn't be surprised if a dog sniffs the butt of another dog, or if a dog eats his own puke. Dogs are dogs. And things like this shouldn't be surprising to us.

... and that's about all I have to say about that.

Dogs don't eat people. People eat people.
