Halfway through day 2, still don't really have food cravings. Honestly, the only time I have been thinking about food is while figuring out if I have been craving food. (as I said, I'm a bit of a loon.) A little more tired today, but I did spend an hour swimming this morning, so that might have something to do with it.
Juicing is a very unhealthy. The problem is that you are increasing your blood sugar level at a very fast and high rate. Basically, your pancreas is releasing too much insulin at one time causing a spike in blood glucose levels. Not only will this cause health problems, but it will zap your energy after an hour. Your body needs the fiber to cause a gradual increase and decrease blood sugar levels. Sosodef76 mentioned green smoothies, which is a lot healthier for the body.
Voice of Reason? In all my research in the past decade I have never heard anybody suggest that juicing is bad for you or unhealthy. Did you mean to say an all juice(ing) diet is unhealthy?
From an RD at Mayo: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/vegetable-juice/AN01857 Saying that: it's cheaper and healthier in the long run to eat real fruits and vegetables than going on a juice only diet.
Odd, but I have found that I quite like carrot and celery juice. It has a nice combination of salty and sweet. Sadly, there is a terrible aftertaste. (Just reread page one, I guess I should have written down your favorites beforehand, Prince.) Azadre, the only side effect on your list that I have any concern about is increased constipation. And thanks for letting me know that me being tired is a placebo effect.
I use a Blendtec for my green smoothies. Yeah it was a big chunk of change at once, but it was a good investment that I continue to use everyday. I have other appliances that are just as expensive (if not more) that I never use.

When a person uses the term "Juicing" they usually refer to substituting juice for a meal, or meals. If this is done on a regular basis, it could lead to diabetes and hypoglycemia. Lets say you wanted to make orange juice. An large navel orange has 132 calories. The amount of calories from sugar is 92. If you put 5 oranges in a juicer, you will consume 460 sugar calories. Thats a lot of sugar calories. Even though the orange has vitamins and minerals, the amount of sugar the body will be absorbing in a short amount of time is unhealthy. You might as well have a Flintstone vitamin and a Sunkist soda. The body can't tell the difference between sugars. When you are juicing, you are refining. Refined foods are not as healthy as whole foods. The body needs the fiber to slow the sugar absorbtion process. Smoothies, where you take the whole vegetable, and whole fruit, and place it in a blender, is so much better for you than juice. Smoothies are probably the healthiest thing a person can consume.
so just because consuming 5 oranges can spike up your sugar that makes the idea of juicing unhealthy? well too much of anything is unhealthy for that matter. orange and sweet apples should only be used to better the flavor of your green/vegetable juices.
do you want a picture? the first 2 days was nasty. there was like a plastic wrapper just like a hotdog. then mostly water as I was doing coffee enema as well before going to bed.
