Based on Top 4 West seeds 'already known' + Denver and Memphis 'already known', as well:

Seattle 5-2
Houston 3-2
Minnesota 4-3
Phoenix 3-3
Portland 3-4
Utah 2-4
LA Clippers 2-4
Golden State 1-6

Top 4 seed, sounds good where I'm sitting. I still say the Rockets should finish in the 6th hole, maybe the 7th. Then again if they finish 8th I won't complain.
