It is a chicken egg, but it came from INSIDE the chicken before it was surrounded by an egg casing. They are normally found in artisan butchers For the life of me I cannot remember the name. Oops, found the name. UNLAID CHICKEN EGGS. I am not sure why I am still submitting this thread.
