MoTay to jumpstart our offense?

It's clear that Wink and Cat have little or no confidence in the ability of other Rox to score. That doesn't excuse their refusal to share the ball, but I think it clearly explains it.

However, I think they have confidence in MoTay's offensive skills, and justifiably so. When he comes back, it may give a big boost to our offensive fluidity. He gives us a solid mid-range J, a decent mid-post option, and someone who can put the ball on the floor and make interior passes to Ming and Cato.

The question is whether MoTay will distribute the ball to others, once he gets it from Ball Hog A and B. I think he will. We saw some of that in the preseason (I recall a few interior passes to Ming for easy opportunities that got him free throws). If it works, maybe Wink and Cat will catch on.

I hope so. Mo will add another option to the team when he returns.

I know some think that when MoT returns he will cut into EddieGs minutes,,,but I dont think so. I think we will just have better players on the floor more.

Mo Taylor's return should reduce Jason Collier's minutes as well as Hawkins since it allows KT to play more at the 3.

I think it will be a combination of the above two scenarios. J-Hawk and Eddie will their time reduced with KT more at the 3. I also see Rice starting to play more time in the ner future.

Mo should definetly help out on offense. He is our best forward.

Mo wil come out and score a quick 10 points, then go quiet for 2 quarters. This is how he has always played.

It does help get the offense going though.

I dont think these guys would pass the ball to Jerry West, Bob McAdo, George Gervin or LArry Bird.

I think Mo will provide a huge lift off the bench. He is instant offense and finally he can utilize his offensive skills to provide a spark on the bench. I think he should be getting KT's minutes because KT should be traded, but it's unlikely. But Mo will no doubt have an immediate impact on this team.

Well Eddie is better when his shot is falling. As far as Kenny, he and Mo have different qualites. Combine the two and you have the perfect PF.

Our offense will be smoking with Moochie and Mo on the floor at the same time.

MT will definitely jump start the offense.

Think about it, right now Houston has no front-line scoring. MoT is a front line scorer. That's going to open things up and create spacing - the gospel of Rudy T.
